Step 1: We use a wand wash with hot water (heats the water up to 190 degrees) to clean the outside of the bin making sure to get in all the nooks and crannies that dirt and spiders like to hide in.
Step 2: We then put the bin on our high pressure rotating cleaning head to get all the dirt and grime on the inside of the bin (this dirty water is captured in our waste collection system).
Step 3: Finally we use the wand wash again to get any stubborn dirt that the rotating cleaning head missed.
Step 4: Any debris that came out of the bin is bagged and placed back in.
Step 5: We then spray a deodorizer in the bin and give the hands and lid a wipe down. Monthly and seasonal customers get a Wheelie Good Wash sticker on their bins.
One time and monthly customers you will receive an invoice after the bin cleaning by email. Seasonal customers will receive an invoice by email for the entire season before their first wash. Invoices can be paid online by debit or credit card, We also accept e-transfer to info@wheeliegoodwash.ca.
You will receive an email in 1-2 business days with a confirmed cleaning day. We will try to schedule the bin cleaning for the day following your next waste/compost pickup. If we are busy we may have to schedule you for a later date. (Friday collection days get cleaned on Monday - use your bin like normal over the weekend but just bag anything that goes in them so we can remove it for cleaning).
We come out to Sherwood Park and Beaumont for 2 weeks once every month. In the booking request let us know when your next garbage and compost removal date is. We will take care of the rest and schedule you into our rotation.
There is no need to be home when we clean your bins. Payment is completed online and not in person.
Reminders go out a few days before by email and the morning of by text message. You can log into your client portal using the link in the confirmation email at any time to see your next cleaning. The morning of cleaning please put your bins by the edge of the road or alley.
If we can see you bins we will get them washed. If they are not accessible (ex: in a garage) there will be a $30 fee and we will reschedule your bin cleaning to another day.

Your bins will look and smell like they have been to the spa! The best indicator is the clean inside of your bin and the smell of the deodorizer.
All bins come out of our cleaning process looking a little different. Some look like the day they were made. Others (especially the grey bins from Beaumont) will show some stains still. Rest assured the bin has been sanitized.
We currently service Edmonton, Beaumont, and Sherwood Park. Distance between jobs is the hardest part of this business but as we grow we hope to add other areas!
At this time we send invoices up front for seasonal washes and after the bin cleaning for monthly and one time washes. There is no need to keep a payment card on file.
We are looking into options to run year around but at this time our season is from May to end of September.
