Surface Cleaning for Concrete Patios and Driveways

Our 5-Step Concrete Cleaning Process

Step 1: Edge
Cleaning

We start by blasting away loose dirt and organic buildup using a high-pressure wand along all edges.

Step 2: Deep
Surface Cleaning

Next, we use a professional surface cleaner—a rotating pressure washer attachment—for a powerful, even clean.

Step 3: Cleaning
Agent Application

We apply specialized cleaning solutions to break down any remaining grime or buildup.

Step 4: Rinse

A thorough rinse with both the surface cleaner and pressure wand ensures all residue is washed away.

Step 5: Spot
Treatment

We finish with targeted spot cleaning for any stubborn areas. (Note: Oil and rust removal require a separate treatment process.)

Not all concrete will respond to cleaning the same way especially old concrete. We will do our best to make the concrete as clean and new looking as possible.

Oil and rust require a separate cleaning process which takes extra time and special cleaning agents. Please let us know if you have any concerns with oil or rust.
